WildBoyz is a cross training class with a Prodigy twist. We mix variations of gymnastics, cardiovascular exercises, and ninja warrior obstacles to bring a full body work out to all age groups.
With most of our students being elementary and middle school aged, focus is on body weight exercises to build muscle naturally. There is also a focus on flexibility, quickness, and balance.
We have a state-of-the-art monkey bar rig that is utilized greatly for our WildBoyz class.
